Michele Brouder

Writer of Sweet Romance

Michele Brouder was born in western New York, the oldest of 5. She developed a love of reading at an early age. By the time she was 9, she knew she wanted to be a writer. In high school, she wrote a lot of angst-ridden civil war dramas ala Gone With The Wind, knowing more about the Battle of the Bull Run than a normal teenager should know. She dabbled in writing after that but didn't get serious about it until 2006, when she decided that this was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life.

She now makes her home in the west of Ireland with her husband, sons, and a dog named Rover. The beach is her to go place: any beach, any weather, any time.
